The TransWatch is an Internet Wireless based integrated data logger and alarm system designed specifically for delivery vehicles where the temperature is continuously monitored and driver is alerted if the temperatures are outside the pre-set alarm limits or a compartment door is left open for longer than a specified period.
Alarms are sent via email and SMS text messages to a number of users in accordance with the company operational needs and procedures. All alarms are sent to the user within one minute of occurrence.
The on-board high resolution LCD is used to display the trailers two temperatures and the doors status.
All temperatures and doors status data is automatically sent over the GPRS network to the customers own server thus eliminating any service charges which could add up to few hundred pounds per year, the cost of using the TransWatch is only £40-50 per annum and there are no hidden costs whatsoever.
The TransWatch is supplied as an integrate package with hardware and software and the customer needs only a SIM card and a PC with Internet connection. The host Server/PC could be anywhere in the world.
The TransWatch includes on-board battery to insure data is logged even when the vehicle is not running.
